Dye and pigment CMYK, together with dedicated pigment white ink for cartons, offer choices for shipping packaging, branded boxes and personalized graphics.
Cyan, magenta, yellow and black reproduce text, shipping marks, product images and brand graphics on corrugated boxes. Provide board and equipment details to match color, detail and drying requirements.
Also intended for corrugated boxes. Evaluate color, water resistance, rub resistance and jetting stability, and confirm the suitable solution against board and drying processes.
For white text, brand logos and selective white underbases beneath color graphics on kraft paper. Retain the natural kraft color rather than whitening the entire box. Actual opacity and color-over-white results require proof testing.
White board already provides a white base and does not need an additional white-ink layer. Evaluate four-color printing against board, equipment and actual packaging requirements.
